i have this problem...will nissan fix it for free...or i have to pay?

most tsb are covered 3yr/36k miles and they are only recommendations to the service staff on what to look for. it being 3.5 years after the release, you are going to require a great relationship with your dealer to get it covered at no cost. i had a great service team at my local dealer but from some of the stories i see on here, it seems like the minority.
