any good instructions for mesh grille???
RE: Mesh Grill...
Well, I made my mesh grill and I think it looks pretty good. Let me tell you, its really hard not to scrape the paint, so don't worry if you do. Be prepared to gash your hands badly. You can't wear gloves because then you can't cut it properly. Hint: If you screw up a little, do it on the other side so it looks symmetrical. The hardest one will be the lowest bumper insert - the upper bumper insert will only take you like 5 minutes. Don't worry if you really screw up, the sheets are only $2 anyways. Just tryin to help

just buy that rain gutter mesh from Home Depot, it costs like $3. Measure the hole in the lower part of your bumper ( the one with the lines). Then cut out like 3" more than you need on each side. Take off your lower splash guards and shove the cut mesh piece into the hole. Use zip ties. I have a black car, so I used black zip ties...gheto...true....cheap? hell yes.
curve the mesh in between the body and the foam bumper thing then zip tie the thing to the body on a couple of the tubes.
hope that kind of helps...i would have written a better write up but my head is not correctly attached at this moment.

I went to Home Depot and bought some Gutter Guard today. I started off with the top grill with Nissan Hamburger. I took the entire grill off the car anf then put the mesh over it and cut it to fit. I tied it down with some black tie downs since my car is black. I think it almost looks OEM/ proffesional. I even put the Hamburger on top of the mesh so that you dont see the black backing from the original grill. It only took me 45 min -1 hour to do. I plan on doing the bottom valence somtime tomorrwo.. I'll post some pics when I have time.
BTW this is by far the EASIEST and CHEAPEST mod to do. Only 5-7 bones, plus a pair of wire shears/.
