When i turn on my AC or my heat. the belt randomly squeels until the RPMS go high then drop down again. then ill get a slit chirp from them every so often till i restart the car. which belt is it? and how hard to fix?

My guess would be a loose alty belt.

 

You can take off the AC belt, and run the car. If the noise goes away then you found the issue, otherwise its down to P/S or alternator belt.

If you think you found the issue, fiddle with the adjusting bolts/pulleys until it goes away.
