Want to go with 3.25 pulley, what will I need?

I know that some people told me it's not a good idea to go with 3.25 pulley. Funny, but those same people who told me not to go with the 3.25 pulley have one themselves. 
Anyway, I don't want to go just half way. So, people, what will I need to upgrade to able to the 3.25 pulley effectively and safely? Injectors? Fuel pump? What? List them all. I'll probably have a shop to install the supercharger with the 3.25 pulley for me. Then, I'll probably can do the custom CAI myself. I know I'll need new belts to accompany the smaller pulley. I'm won't be installing the supercharger any time soon. First, I'll have to wait for my VB from Don to come in, whenever that might be. Maybe I should also consider a Level Ten torque converter. Oh, I also have to figure out how to get a custom aluminum idle pulley since the plastic one from Stillen is just crap. Again, I don't want to go half way and then regret not doing so later on. I might as well do it all the first time. I know that 3.25 pulley is risky, that's why I'm asking what do I need to prevent any damages. I'm serious, so please respond if you have any tips, advices, or suggestions. Please none of those boring "I wouldn't recommend it" stuff. Like I said, list everything that I'll need. I don't care if this process will take me a long time to complete. In the end, I want to do things right. Thanks.

Loren recomends swaping from the Stillen supplied 6:1 FMU disc to an 8:1. Thats what I'm doing. Perhaps an engine oil cooler too. An intercooler would be nice too. Did you get an EGT Gauge, that would be a nice item to have also.

Anything lower than a 3.33 (ex. 3.25) and you should go with an 8.1 disk as well as 2 steps colder spark plugs. You should be using the copper NGK BKR7E two step colder spark plugs.
Also for every 50 hp that you add you should decrease the plug gap by .004. If you add 60hp over stock you should decrease the gap .005. As far as belts go, if you go to AutoZone and asked for a 6 ribbed 69.5" belt it will work fine for a 3.48" as well as 3.33". The next smaller size they had available would be what you need for your 3.25".

Btw, I never went with the 3.25 pulley, I just went straight ahead and put the 3.125 one in.
I miss my SC. That's ok, I plan to get something insanely fast after I finish school. So, patient grasshopper.

is this the place where you got your steel pulley? how much did they charge you for it?

Idler and belt tensioner pulley- Yes
Supercharger pulley- Yes but that is coming in the meantime. The supercharger pulley is not the weak links that have broken, it was the belt tensioner pulley that destroyed itself.
