Is there anything specific to a 4th Gen Maxima that I should be aware of before installing an HID kit? I'm putting an H4 replacement kit in because I've converted my headlights to Cefiros. Anything regarding fuses that I may not be aware of? Would you recommend a relay cable or is it okay to go ahead without one?

^^You should be okay without a relay kit. Although some will recommend it due to the initial power consumption of the hid ballasts, but most do fine with out them.
to the OP. Honestly im not trying to be a **** or anything, but have you looked at the kit, seriously if you can tie your shoes you can install the kit, theres 4 things you have to plug in, and they only fit on the right one.
Its best off if you look at it first then try figure out before you ask questions, with something like this it is very simple so i suggest you look at them, install them and if you have any questions then post and ask!
Again im not trying to be a **** or anything, but seriously first you post asking if a +45 wheel will fit, without giving us the rim width or diameter for that, then you post this.

Who knows. But if i was in his case id look at the instruction manual that came with them. Serioulsy its not hard to install, i didnt even have an instruction manual and i still got it right.
I will give you this information although i dont think it will help much as you have to be aware of what your doing or it wont work.
Before you plug the main connector that plugs into your original harness, make sure the pins are in the correct location. I find sometimes they are mixed up, like instead of the positive being where it should its on the opposite side. Other then that you should have any issues.
