Home Depot Catch Can

I know that this request is very random, but for those of you who have done the Home Depot Catch Can, this may make sense:
http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=312377

For you guys in Canada, were you able to find these?
My local Home Depot told me that they don't carry any compressor filters, I also tried a few other similar stores.

It seems that I can't locate the filter.

Here are the US Specs:
Part Number from Husky: HDA704 (Mini General Purpose Filter)
US SKU: 401-910

For some reason I can't find this in Canada, or on the Home Depot Website?

Where did you guys find yours?

I tried one Wal-Mart and no luck. We have a very small auto parts section.
To be fair, there are a lot of Wal-marts around here, so maybe they differ in their selections. I guess I'll have to try a couple.
I haven't found anyone online who sells the Husky HDA70600AV filters, but maybe I can find someone online who sells the Wal-mart filters.
Thanks.

Is it a water separator you are looking for? Try Princes Auto, NAPA, Car Quest, Kent and Canadian Tire. I thought I had seen them at Home Depot in St.John's, I don't know if it was a Husky product though.

Yeah It's a water/oil separator.

I'll do some looking the weekend, but Home Depot in Canada doesn't carry them, since it's not even on the HomeDepot.ca website.

I also tried Canadian Tire and nothing. I think that I'm going to head out to Kent in Mt. Pearl the weekend and see what they have.

Thanks.

It's not really an auto part. Look in the tools area, most namely, air tools.

I've got an oil catch can from PDM Racing.
http://www.pdm-racing.com/products/misc_tune.html

Costs $67.50 new. Mine's used and will let it go for $35.00.

Does this one really work? does it collect oil?
It looks a lot like oil catch cans sold on Ebay....but most of them do NOT work.
Oil gets in one hole and it gets out right out of the other outlet.
I had two of those catch cans and at then end, i went back to air filter water/oil separator. Too bad it is so small and needs to be emptied every week or so.
I need a better solution...

Nice......

I actually found a similar filter to the Home Depot filter at Canadian Tire last night for a whopping $28.99!!!!

Needless to say, it's not easy to get things around here.

Add the price of the fittings, hose & hoseclamps, and I've probably got the most expensive DIY catch can on here.......
