Buy some 1/4" particle board from HD and use yours as a template to cut out a new piece.

It sits on top of your spare tire, so if you don't have your spare tire in...you'll have to rig something up. I just put three legs on it, works great!

as stated before u can use your old one as a template or like in my case if yours is too f**ked up then u can use the thin piece of carpet cut it exact then trim off the corner of the right side. u do this because it wont go in if you have it exact...then once you get it fitted right staple the carpet to the wood around the edges and boom OEM BISHES!

EDIT: btw if you are planning on putting subs in your truck go ahead and take out your spare and throw a big sheet in the well...you wont be able to get it out anyways and its just more weight
