aftermkt exhaust question

I need to replace my cat back system again...bought a cheap-*** OE replacement from teh local auto parts store 2 years ago, and its already noisy with some holes and leaks. My car has a Budget y-pipe and stock cat.

A quick search yielded some online parts retailers with a Bosal exhaust for sale...was wondering if any org members were familiar with this product on thier cars, and how good they are. I am looking for cost effective and quiet. Thanks for your input, guys.

Any good reputable exhaust shop should be able to build what you are seeking at an affordable price. Just make sure it's SS, and you'll be good to go for a long time.

Where do you live that it went bad in 2 years?

A good alternative for T-304 Stainless steel is T-409! Why not purchase a warpspeed 3" system since you're boosted?

I have the Bosal b-pipe and muffler. Stock replacement, low cost, lifetime, quiet, I like it.

I'm thinking about a wrapspeed system which is y-pipe+conv. ($285). What is the "budget exhaust"? Where can I get that?

Thanks.

Budget Exhaust is apparently now LSS Exhaust-

http://thewrx.netfirms.com/lss/frame.htm

Here's their number-
905-681-9502

Good luck getting through to them though; they don't answer their phone and it goes straight to an answering machine after the first ring. Leave them a message and they won't return your call. I've tried getting a hold of them since Monday. It's an unusual way to run a business.

the OP is boosted? if not a 3" Y pipe is over kill. If he's not supercharged no need.
