Steering wheel problems!!!

Hello guys I have a problem with my telescoping steering column. Sometimes my steering wheel will move up or down after I turn the ignition on but sometimes it don't and it pisses me off. Any of you had this problem? I can hear the relay engage when I try to move the steering wheel but it wont move. Any idea what wrong or how to fix it? THANKS.

Either a relay or a steering column problem. This has been a reported issue in the past.

Either under the steering wheel or under the hood...couldnt tell you. My whole steering column needed to be replaced. If there is a little movement when the motor is done, then it could be your column. It is expensive.

Door closed my friend, it just acts up every once in a while but still I don't like it. I don't know if this was a major issue for this year.

Sorry but I thought it was a click i the column. The problem you are having is the computer behind the information display that controls the steering complex is acting up. Mine used to do that but it has been a while.

How did you fix it? Did you have to go the stealership?
