2000 i30t cv/axle pass. removal problem

Need help!! I'm having a hard time getting the pass side drive shaft out...i removed the bracket from the block...and finally got the 3 bolts that attach the axle to the bracket...but its rusted together....I can't pull the axle and bracket through the small opening...i also smashed my oil pressure switch....what are my options....I've done a search and found the http://www.motorvate.ca/mvp.php/401 site and looked at http://boredmder.com/FSM/Infiniti/I30/2000/ but WTF theres no exact instructions as to removing the bracket...any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Can you use a cutting wheel on it?

i have a rotary tool with grinding wheel....just cant get all around but is that it??? grind then use a flat head screw driver and try and pry apart?? I still don't understand why the bracket won't slip out by the oil filter??? I removed the oil filter and it still doesn't clear that large swing arm bolt( parallel to oil filter)

You should be able to maneuver the entire assembly out of the way, try dropping it straight down, or turning it every way possible; it will clear with the appropriate alignment.

Once you get it out, throw the assembly in a vice, cut a slit between the axle and the bracket, then hammer and chisel away. Be sure to soak it in PB blaster or similar as well.

Thanks I'm going to get some PB blaster...I've tried every way poss. I think when I had my exhaust bracket welded they pushed it up to high, I only need 1/2 in but it's not clearing....the top of the bracket is pushing against the far left pulley and belt and the bottom is against that large swing arm bolt and the right side is pushed right againt the side of the oil filter semi-circle structure(lol you know what I'm talking about)i'll just have to do it on the car....PITA is an understatement. I want to know if I should remove the far left pulley(if it even comes off or should leave it untouched) or remove that large bolt on the swing arm??? lmk what u think thanks

I've been saying swing arm but meant Transverse link (FSM sec SU front pg 5 component 3.Transverse link that large bottom bolt(theres not tq specs so I dont want to mess with that. The pulley I'm talking about is power stearing oil pump(FSM sec MA pg 13) http://boredmder.com/FSM/Infiniti/I30/2000/ma.pdf
