question always is with these headlights..

light pattern.. it's a retro hid option or nothing.. i don't think silverstars installed would really look great with these headlights

Looks like stock stuff painted black...

If you are going two piece, might as well get the glass ones.

Gotcha. Couldn't tell if it was silver or white. Those lights will go well with your Max IMO.

Also, keep in mind, that they make the same headlights were the black is on all 4 sides of the headlight, not just 3 sides.

I'm guessing those are glass headlights, instead of plastic. I like the glass way more than cheap old plastic. I like the headlights, but not to sure about the corners.

you're so much better off with an oven, some tape, and a can of krylon fusion. (see: 4th gen AE headlight mod, google or .org search)

oem will always beat ebay shiz.

argue with me on this. i dare you.

Id much rather have the smooth glass over the plastic 97-99's and the flutted glass lenses from the 95-96 even without a retro. But with a retro it makes them look so much nicer.

i argue with you sir.............

i don't like my fluttered lenses look on my maxima.... I do not like the plastic on the 97+... i like this.. only if retrofitted.. lol...

but yeah.. stocks always beat any ebay headlight cuz it's so called "genuine"

the reason ebay will never match oem? it's easy.
R&D
no ebay store has the capital to test things as thoroughly as an automobile manufacturer lol.

what i would think MIGHT be a feasible solution to this (btw, i agree with you. glass is the best lense for a halogen light, imho) is to see if 95-6 lenses would fit over 97-9 housings.

as far as appearance, a bottle of brasso and a can of wax cleans plastic headlight lenses an infinite number of times, and not only that, they turn yellow lenses into brand-spanking-new plastic lenses that appear to be glass. (this can be .org searched too)

The Write up is at vqpower.com. Painted my 95-96 headlights AE style. They are only 2 year old headlights though because through an accident I got new ones and then I painted them. Makes the car rather aggressive looking and I think Im the only one where I live with these headlights. I think someone thought I tinted mine so they tinted theirs but Ive always liked the look.

how many threads are we gonna have for the 4 different headlight options? there are 100 better ways to waste $100.

i prefer one piece without the lines on the front of it headlights, makes it look smoother and more sleek. but these are nice for two piece.

I remember the light output actually being better with these than the OEM's, especially with HID's installed. Anyone got a link?

95-6 lenses can't fit on 97-99 because the headlight contour is different. These lights would be good with stock bulbs or 9007 conversion. r34s should be for retrofits only unless you only drive during the day.
