First things I would look at is the axles. You could have one that's bad. Also the wheel bearings are the next thing I would look at. Also check out your power steering...make sure the fluid level is okay, make sure the belt is all right.

Does it make noise only on sharp turns or every one?

sometimes it'll make the noise not consistent. sounds like its coming from the steering column. no leaks power steering is good, axles im sure are fine.

I would check the wheel bearings, maybe see if you have a tear in the boot. The bearing on that side may be drying out.

It sounds like the spiral cable or the combination switch is squeaking. The spiral cable contains the cables and springs that extend and retract as you turn the steering wheel. The purpose of this is to maintain electrical contacts with the steering wheel as you rotate it. It maintains all of the electrical connections for the air bag and the horn. The combination switch contains the wiper and light controls and it has a component that rotates in order to turn the turn signal off.

Mine squeaks also. I'm going to find out which one is causing the problem and fix it fairly soon.
