Clutch Issue

So when the car is off i can switch to any gear, but when i start the car i cant get into any gears... what could it be?

There is plenty of clutch fluid. Could this be a bad clutch? or something else?

Bleed your line, if you have someone to help you. I thought there was plenty of fluid in mine, but it turned out it's replacing the fluid with air from the leak instead of with fluid from the reservoir. I have to bleed the lines every time I add fluid, or it just sits in the reservoir as though the lines were blocked.
