This might be a tall order but I wanted to go through the max and tighten all of the body/chassis/suspension that might have worked loose a little over the3 years and torque everything down, I am also getting an alignment today and was wondering what other points I should check, things like strut mount bolts etc.

Check your tie rods, ball joints, steering rack boots, and front swaybar end links.
