Installed a new horn!

Took this horn off an I30 and noticed that our Maxima's are prewired and built for two horns behind the front grille. So I installed this dual horn and connected both plugs and its MUCH louder than the stock horn and it sounds different, its more alarming. An easy and awesome modification if you're looking for something new. Here is a picture and a sound clip of how it sounds. (lol at video)

Ive always wanted to put a VW bug horn on mine so when you race and give the 3 horn start people laugh and nobody wants to lose to a girly horn right?

What year I30 did this come out of? The horn on my I30 is much better than the one in my Maxima (sounds like yours); I had always thought the previous owner swapped out the horn on the I.

Imagine peoples faces when they hear it and turn around looking for the train. Another fun and easy mod.

1997 I30t (touring) thats including literally everything premium you can imagine. I even found the low washerfluid part that plugs into all our pre-wired low-washerfluid plugs.

I took the horns out of a Q45 at a junkyard and replaced my factory horns. I removed the one on the passenger side of the engine bay when installing the s/c and the 2 Q horns sound way better (and more normal) than the factory horns.

I Found some big Volvo Mixo horns today in the salvage yard....pretty loud kinda domestic sounding with a touch of Europe..... will add to the mix keeping the horn near the P/S lines there and replacing the single Nissan front with two Mixo's....these horns are a two wire setup - & +.......
