Running wire for radar from windshield to power outlet

I want to run my radar detector wire out of site as much as possible. It's mounted low on my windshield, and I mostly just want to hide the wire from the passenger floor area into the front power outlet area (that little square area) but if it's easy to run behind my dash without ripping too much apart, I'd like to do that as well.

Anyone know if it's easy to take these areas apart?

That's cool, I did a quick search around as well and can't find much info. I'm really just curious how I can loosen up the center console...thing... to get the wire run under it. I'm then going to sneak the plug into the power outlet through that little crack. Hard to explain with out pics but I know what I want to do, just don't know how to do it. LOL. All I see are 2 screws on either side of the console (sort of by both the driver and passenger seatbelt latches) but nothing further up (like where your knee would hit when you're sitting down) so not sure if those 2 screws are holding the whole thing in, or if there's more to it.

If none of this makes sense just tell me I should have gone to Ohio State LOL!!

Ok so I did it. I wanted to post a few pics incase anyone else wonders if they can do it too. I had to take a flathead screwdriver and pry apart the 2 pieces of plastic in that little square area to push my wire in, but aside from a few knicks to the plastic, it's perfect. My wire no longer runs across my cup holders.

PSU09MAXIMA... please note Penn State cup holder inserts

Ok crap, I can't post attachments... have to figure out how. Hold please...
