Crankcase leak? New engine

Before I call this guy at the shop and annoy him again, can anyone confirm what this leak might be from? Got a new engine and picked the car up today. Just did a quick glance. I thought it was the exhaust but I see these few drops near the crankcase. Happens when I drive it around and park it. This was shot from the driver's side near the front wheel.

Brand new reman engine, or wrecking yard engine you didn't pay to reseal? Your transmission is on the drivers side so it's likely not the engine anyway.

Remanufactured... Could be the tranny? I'd rather it be the engine because it's under a warranty. I hope they connected it properly.
