please help having a lot of problems

hey so i have a 97 and 03 maximas the 97 which i have had for 2 years and i love has been having problems starting i think it is the crank sensors and only CEL is for knock sensor then recently i traded my tahoe for the 03 which is having a lot of problems failed inspection for tie rods and motor mounts but what im worried about is CEL for random/multi misfires and p0430 catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 2 and p0420 (bank 1) so i believe both cats are bad then causing the misfire then today which is hot i notice the temp gauge high so i pulled over and was pouring coolant out the overflow bottle let it cool off added water and made it home in 20 mins also the fuel gauge always says more then what i have i thinks it the gauge cluster because its lights are dim and i found a test with the trip and the fuel gauge was not halfway so as you can see i need alot of help

Translation (85% accuracy probability):

I have a 97 and 03 Maxima. I have had the 97 for 2 years and I love it. It has been having problems starting and I think it is the crank sensor. The CEL is on and there is only one code, the knock sensor.

Recently I traded my Tahoe for a 2003 Maxima that is having a lot of problems. It failed inspection because of tie rods and motor mounts, but what I'm worried about are the DTC codes for random/multiple misfires and P0420 and P0430, catalyst system efficiency below threshold for bank 1 and bank 2 respectively. I believe both pre-cats are bad and causing the misfire code.

Then today, which is hot, I noticed that the temperature gauge was indicating hot. So I pulled over and looked under the hood. There was coolant pouring out of the overflow tank. I let the engine cool off and I added water and was able to made it home.

Also, the fuel gauge always indicates more fuel than what I have. I think it is the gauge cluster because the cluster's lights are dim. I found a test for the cluster and ran it. The trip odometer and the fuel gauge did not register correctly.

Could someone please help me with these problems?
