Engine rattling noise over 30mph

Hey guys,
About two weeks ago I noticed a very strange noise coming from my engine bay. I only hear it when I'm going over 30mph though. I can't tell where it's coming from since the only time I can hear it is when I'm driving the car.

The rattling is very inconsistent... it is not the same tone/pitch at all times. Sometimes it's louder than others and sometimes it's quiet but it never shuts up.

Does anyone have an idea of what it could be?

I was told that my serpentine belt is fraying, could it be possible that is what's causing the noise?

Thanks for any help!

I found out the problem. One of the bolts that keeps the plastic engine cover down came out. I found a bolt of the same size and now the noise is completely gone.

Same problem here too except on my 03. The cover's plastic snaps are worn so bad that they are no longer tight. I started using bolts and nuts as replacements.

04 maxima light problems

04 maxima light problems
Okay so I have a 2004 Nissan Maxima and the other day the driver side headlight went out so I tried wiring in a new HID light with the little Palace thing on it and it worked for about 20 minutes then it went out then I heard that maybe if I switched the passenger light with the driver side light and the driver light with the passenger light it would fix the problem well when I took out the driver side light bulb it got broke somehow so I don't have that one so I just tried to wire in that HID light and that failed too so then I put the passenger light in the driver light and then I just wired in that HID light on the passenger side like I did on the driver side and they both worked for about 30 minutes and now both of them went out so now I have no headlights and I don't know what the problem is my fuses are fine the ballasts and everything are fine cuz I pulled apart everything and just don't understand why they keep failing and it seems like everybody's had this problem with this car is there any way to fix it is it just that the wiring harnesses got a faulty ground somewhere or I don't know sorry for the lengthy message but I'm just lost for words I don't know what to do my girlfriend right now is stranded outside somewhere that I don't even know because the headlights don't work so
