which lowering springs.. tein vogtland megan

i am looking to change my suspension on my 97 max.. and at the same time lower it.. currently on stock susp..

i have been searching..

vogtland 1.4'' drop all around
tein 2.2'' front 1.8'' back

should there be a difference in back and front??what do you guys recomment or advise

Depends on what you want...firm ride, stiff, soft, etc. Need more info. and then you can search to find what springs match the ride you desire.

I have the Vogtland springs & they're pretty good. The rides a little stiff but not extremely firm. The drop isn't bad either.

thanks for all the inputs..i think ill go with the vogtland..

another questions .. does lowering the car shortnens the life of other suspension components.. for instance the axles...

Anything under 1.5" might shorten the life of suspension components

I'm running B&G S2 springs ... 1.6" drop front and rear (as advertised anyway)

No issues or complaints.
