LED Headlamp recommendation

Looking for experiences and recs for replacement LED headlamps. I'm wanting to boost brightness and light "punch" to be similar to my 06 Max SE and other modern cars headlights.
Came across this site:

Not sure about the LED light output but you can get 9004 LED's on eBay pretty reasonable but I found the 9004 HID kit to give amazing light imo. Pretty straight forward install and decently priced on eBay aswell.

LED is going to glare more than HID but produce less useable light output.

You'd be better off with a 9007 upgrade.

I recommend you continue to use incandescent bulbs on your car.

Thanks, Hectic. That's what I gather after doing some interweb reading. Oh well....

If you stick with incandescent you could get a bluish coloured bulb if you like that look. Just be sure NOT to go above 55w otherwise it'll heat up and start melting the harness connectors. To be honest I found these cars handled the HID's really well with awesome light output, no modification so you could easily go back to incandescent if you chose and quite easy to install yourself in little time. I also found the ballasts and bulbs didn't act up at all with the 3rd gens and a kit can be had on eBay for about 40-50 bucks. I think youd be quite impressed and probably have the light output your looking for with a 6000k or 8000k kit. Pretty straight forward to install but of coarse it's all a matter of preference ☺

I'm not sold on LED yet there usable light output isn't all that....and yes they do glare....I have glass headlight lense on my 3rd gen with higher output bulbs and heavy duty wiring/sockets...I think the best thing to do is improve your foglights and that should help somewhat.
