Help!!! - Weird Growling Noise when Turning Left

Hi. I have a 2011 Nissan Maxima SV with roughly 163k miles. Going mostly strong. We got it used with about 148k about a year ago and have had a couple problems with it, but overall it’s been a decent car. I am only 17 years old so I have no ideas on what the problem is, if this is normal, or anything of the sort. I need all the help or any of the guesses I can get.

After a cold start, my Maxima seems to be a lot more jumpy within the first few gears. After the ABS check noise, it seems to slow down a bit (and by that I mean there’s less sensitivity in the gas pedal, at the level it is at normally when I’m just driving around). It makes this weird growling noise specifically when I turn after a cold start, and it seems to just disappear after I’ve made that initial first turn and the noise has sounded. Is this normal??? I have not been able to find anything about this or anything similar on any forums. Please help! Thanks

The following thread discussed what sounds like the same issue you're experiencing: https://maxima.org/forums/5th-genera...e-turning.html

You have a few components that can give these symptoms. CV axle and Wheel bearing are the ones that are #1 and #2 reasons. Could also be a brake issue on that corner. Had that on my 280Z, it was a pita to track down.
