Brake or wheel bearing is where I would start.

don't think so as the sound is coming from the hood and only when the engine rev is above 2 k and the car is moving ,, plus ive changed the brakes recently

From what I can hear on the video, it sounds similar to what I had. It turned out to be the collars on either side of the catalytic converter (I think). They had rusted/broken loose, so when you're accelerating, the engine shifts back and causes those rings to move back and jingle.

I know it sounds crazy, but crawl under there and check it out. I ended up carefully cutting them off with a grinding wheel and haven't had an issue since then.

Hard to tell from the video b/c of the wind noise. If you power-brake, do you hear the same noise? Thinking it might be a motor mount and something is rubbing during acceleration.
