High pitch humming noise when making turns

I noticed that my power steering fluid was low so I purchased Nissan brand E-PSF and refilled the reservoir, the other day when turning the steering from left to right sitting idle in the driveway, there is a high pitch squeal coming from what I believe to be the power steering belt? Anyone else have this noise and do you think it is from the power steering belt or the pump?
Is it anything to be concerned with?

Low fluid indicates a leak in that pressurized system. If the leak is lower than the lowest point of your PS reservoir, then for each amount of fluid leaked an equal amount of air enters the system resulting in medium to high pitched squishy noise as the air flows through the system when you turn the steering wheel. A really high pitched noise could be the PS belt but we can't know unless you send us video with SOUND. One trick is to dip a clean finger in your brake fluid reservoir and smear a small amount around as much of the PS belt as you can. If the squeel stops then you will know it is the belt. The brake fluid allows the belt to grip the drive pulley better. That has worked for me a couple of times. Good luck with this.

Thanks! I will give this a try!
Checked the reservoir and it is still full so no leaks.
So how do you fix the air in the system? Is it an easy process?
