Blew fuse now car won't start

I have a 2010 sv. Went to get in push the starter button & a lil white smoke came from left side under the hood. Could this be a blown starter fuse or something more serious?

Go look, take a picture of what is cooked, and post it here.

Nadie, there is a main fuse in the engine bay that is probably blown. I had this happen to my 03 Maxima when I had it jump started. It's called the fusible link and its connected to the positive battery cable. If it blows the car won't start, it is an easy fix and the fuse is relatively cheap. $25 to $35 dollars.

Question is why did the fuse blow? Was any work done to the vehicles electrical system prior to this happening? Good chance if you only change the fuse it may just blow again,
