My first Maxima: 2016 Platinum, have a few questions

Hi all, just picked up a used 2016 Platinum and love it. Prices are a bit high now but I found an immaculate single owner, dealer serviced example with 93k for $17.9k. The chip-shortage covid-premium is a real thing...

I'm wondering if there's anything I should inspect or service now, here are my concerns: Current mileage 93k

CVT fluid change at 28k and 68k by Nissan dealer (called to confirm). Assuming NS3 oil.
- Planning to change it again in another 5k miles, wondering if I should just do it now to be safe?

Recent oil change at a Honda dealership where I purchased from.
- Oil type/brand is unknown. Is all 0w20 oil synthetic?

My VIN doesn't show up for any recalls thankfully (1N4AA6AP2GC406893)
- Are there any critical issues that may have TSBs but not a full recall?

Seat vent filters:
- I'd like to clean/replace 'em but I can't get the old ones out. Is there a trick to removing the filter housing? I couldn't figure it out.

I'm really digging the car, first Nissan I've owned since my 1990 300zx!

Thanks in advance,
Sasha

Here's a pic, I don't understand why the design is so controversial. I think it's nicely designed, even understated compared to some modern FWD cars.

And here's the carfax in case you're interested, sorry it's such a poor scan, I only received a printout.

I'm really impressed how religiously the previous owner brought the car to a dealership for service. He must be customer of the decade!

Wow, Great service thread. Change CVT and the brake fluids. Brake fluid change is called for every 20,000 miles. Always use synthetic oil.
Add Chevron-based fuel injector cleaner to the gas tank every 5000 miles.
