2002 5.5 Maxima shift lock and interior lights issue/s

Hi, I've searched this forum and Google for hours and hours and still not sure of a solution. I need your kind help. I put LED bulb into dome/room lamp with battery hooked up and blew fuse. Next time I drove I couldn't shift out of or into park. Brake lights work but no click from solenoid. All interior lights out except glovebox. Open door and trunk warning lights on. Key must be on to open trunk inside car and to use key fob to open trunk and lock/unlock doors. All fuses fine and power to both sides of solenoid. Possible issue/s: shift lock/interlock solenoid? shift lock relay? shift lock control unit? Smart entrance control unit? I don't even know if the shift and lights problem is one issue or 2.
I'm mid-70's woman inexperienced with cars and have a handyman who can replace solenoid etc. I'm having trouble finding the right part number and not pay $250+. FSM is overwhelming.
The little tab is secured so I can shift without screwdriver but I'd like it to be fixed right and have interior lights. It's got 203,000 miles, looks good and been serviced on schedule. I hope to pass 250,000 miles. If necessary I will take it to local mechanic, but would like to be knowledgeable enough to not be ripped off.
Thanks for reading this far! I hope you can help!

I would remove the LED bulb and double check the fuses before I tried anything else. I can send you the PDF of the AT manual but here is the relevant page.

there is a park position switch that has to be enabled to release the lock. The switch is under the plastic panel of the shift lever. With some of my other cars, it is also required to have the brake pedal depressed and there is a switch behind the pedal that can go as well.

Park position switch?

Hi, thank you for your reply! But, I'm not seeing Park position switch on the illustration. Is that the shift lock Solenoid? Fuses are fine but it appears the shift lock Solenoid is not getting any power.
