help fellas, bad luck with 235/40WR18

I get out to my car and was like WTF I have a flat? I said to my self either vandals or ran over something. Put some air in, 2 hours later it's down 6#'s!! Pull the wheel and some ***** ****** wood screw is in the side of the tire. I have less than 300 miles on these tires. What to do now? Just buy 4 new rims and Pilot Sport A/S and fuggetiboudit? Plug it? Buy some rubber cement at Wal-Mart? What? Thanks.
