Home Depot Grille YES I SEARCHED!

I have a 95 maxima GXE and am going to do the home depot mod, however I wanted to do the lower valences as well but noticed that there arn't any holes for the valence. I can see where it would go because that part of the bumper has lines where the valence would go but there is plastic in the way. Do I cut my bumper or what? very confused

Jezz my bad but I was half awake when I wrote that! What I meant to say is where the fogs go there is the plastic fill there. So if I want to put the mesh there do I cut it or what?

I have a '95 also. What I did was drilled and placed small "L" brackets (painted them black so they are unseen) underneath each valance and used 18 gauge aluminum wire for installment on the bumper. It looks very distinguished and you can hardly see any wire that is holding them on. Sorry, no pics right now...but I will post later.
