Is it a few hour job or do I have to take the suspension apart completely? I just got mine today and I'm itching to try it, but I don't have that much time to do it. Also I don't have jack stands so I'll have to do it one side at a time.

One more thing, was I ripped off? I got the bushings, but I didn't get any grease with them. I ordered from Courtesy Nissan. I wrote to them regarding the grease they said that
"End link bushings are graphite injected urethane.
No grease comes with it."


Is this correct??

I was about to post this same question... I've had mine sitting here for a month and haven't installed them. Mine came with no grease either, though I have silicone brake grease.

 

You should have just asked the suspension guru, me of course!

You don't need grease.

The bushings take 5 minutes to install. (If your doing this while your doing your suspension that is....) One nut comes off the top of both end link assemblies, 10mm nut. Then you lift the sway bar up from both sides (left and right) and the bushings slide off the end link assembly. Remember you have to do both sides at the same time or the sway bar will fight you. In other words, you can't lift just the left or right side up because your then trying to twist the bar!

Assembly is of course the reverse order.

 

Mr. Guru, thanks for the info! You think I should just wait until we do my suspension? I'm kinda itching to try this out but I guess I could wait to make it easier.

Absolutely LOVE the B&G + AGX setup. They settled in so nicely. You think my car rode nice when I took you for a ride?? You should check it out now.

Wait for the whole suspension install, you'll never really feel them if you install just them at this point. We'll do the whole job at once. It's much easier that way anyhow.
