Great, now we have Crane Cams trying to resolve the dry kit NOS problems.

Pretty sketchy info on it, sounds like Snake Oil.

I wonder if they own shares of Holley or are under their umbrella?

Actually it sounds like a cheaper version of NOS's progressive controller. I've heard that one is a bear to keep consistent. If it works as advertised, it is substantially cheaper doing the same thing.
