there is a kit on the Zex catalog called the Optimizer that mounts two 10 lb bottles together and doubles your capacity...the mounts look kewl.

The 10lbs. is enough for me, it will due for a night at the track, but if I were to upgrade I would go for the 20lbs. bottle. Go big or go home .

I like his attitude.

I don't know if we can fit a 20lb bottle in our cars though. You would have to mount it sideways, and all you know that's not optimal. A double 10 setup would work.

Toylet-Are you running out too soon or something? or is it for looks?
I have a spare bottle that I keep full when going to the track. In case of problems, plus I purge at the track...

just wondering, at first the 10lb bottle looked like more than enough, but now its looking just a little too small

Jaime:

Let say you are returning from a spirited drive on the highway using n20. When you are shutting down, do you purge out the line to relieve pressure, or do you just leave it. I find that my bottle lasts longer when I don't purge out the remaining n20 in the line but it's annoying to have my nitrous pressure gauge show pressure when I know the bottle isnt open.

Thats another reason for having a bigger bottle, a longer spirited highway run

To be honest it really doesn't matter. I have heard that you should not leave pressure on the lines due to leakage. I personally have not experienced any leakage. You're right, you may get a little more out of it, but really how much? It probably won't be enough to worry about really.

I normally purge when I'm at the track just as I'm staging. That way I know I'm going to get a good shot as soon as I engage. Sometimes I do it to show off. It's kinda cool when the bottle is new and it's warmed up. It shoots it over the windshield really big, but that wastes a lot of nitrous too.

Another 4th Gen, need a fresh one. I am shopping now and may swap a few items from this one before I sell.

If I get a 95-96 I am keeping the 97 wheels and if I can't get an SE I will take the LSD from the 97 as well. Looking for one with low mileage ie less than 60k.

Nope, still think an auto is faster when you get down to the 12 sec mark.

I am an auto fan.

Actually there are lots of 5 speeds for sale here too, most cheaper than the auto's.
