Just remove the stock fpr (can be fun with those stupid philips screws), hookup the off-fitting and a line from there to the inlet of the fpr (side) and out to the return line (bottom). Vacuum hooks up to the top.

The extra inlet is for a gauge etc but its British Pipe thread so don't try and put in a NPT fitting.

You can locate it close to the original fpr or I chose to put it back where the filter is so it was less conspicuous.

PS Don't forget to release the pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse and starting the car a few times till it quits.

Speaking of those stupid philips head screw, how do you get them off, the screw on my regulator are like puddy you cant put any pressure on them or they will just strip. There has got to be a trick to getting those things off, I am about to go nuts trying to figure out how. I almost resorted to drilling them out in my anger at the car but I figuredit wasn't a good idea thta close to the fuel rail. Any ideas?

Impact screwdriver if they are not stripped already. Vise-grip or screw-out if they are already stripped.

i removed my throttle body with the throttle cables still connected and swung the throttle body over to the side and set it on top off the manifold after that you have all the room in the world to work on the fpr.

Well they were already stripped, but today I got out the needle nose vise grips and got the top screw off no problem. Then I removed the throttle body so I could get to the bottom screw, but I still havent had any luck at getting this damn thing off, I cant get vise grips on it and I am running out of ideas, when you say screw-out do you mean drill out the screw? Any more ideas?

Ok I finally got the screws out, but I just realized I didnt have the off fitting that goes in to the fuel rail. Where or who can I get one of these fitting from, I dont want my car to be down for any longer than it has to so if somebody could give me an answer quickly it would be a life saver.

i bought mine from sx7r along with the fpr. it was extra. you would have to go look for one at home depot or an auto parts store.

on eend will have a barb fitting the other end is a plug like fitting that looks similar to the stock fpr

Thomas is the only person I know that can get those. I never seen the off fitting anywhere else...except on Jun's website.
