Discussion NOS dry to NOS/NX Wet kit
How much would it be to convert a NOS dry to NOS/NX Wet kit? I haven't even fully insalled my dry kit, but there aren't that many components that are different. I can see the appeal in having a wet kit, but I already have a 5124. Originally I considered a new NX kit, but I got a decent deal on the 5124. I also wanted the option to have a dry kit in case I go turbo in the future since you can't use the single fogger wet kits because of the FMU.
Here's the parts that I can see I need:
Fuel Tee
Fuel Line
Fuel Solenoid (Maybe, can someone comment?)
Shark Nozzle

The NOS 5124 has 2 nitrous solenoids, so I was wondering if anyone knows what the difference between the NOS nitrous and NOS fuel solenoids is? Unless the internal design is different it seems like a 5124 wouldn't even need a new solenoid. One solenoid could be used for fuel; the other for the nitrous.
On the NX kits, the fuel solenoid is shaped differently though
However, the dynotune.org solenoids look like the NOS solenoids (fuel looks like nitrous)

So, if in fact both NOS solenoids will work for a wet kit, the only conversion parts necessary are the fuel tee, SS line, and the shark nozzle. This probably wouldn't be cheap since it's individual parts, but even at NX prices the cost is only $115 (which I'm sure can be beat).
