Wet vs. Dry
Wet vs. Dry
Which is a safer kit to run? I have heard that one will bump up your fuel presure and one will also run the risk of running too lean or rich. can someone please inform me on these and tell me some other downfalls or advantages these kits have
Well, since some make it seem like theyd rather not post, yet post anyway to make you feel like an idiot.
Ill tell you that there are many around here that, for some reason, dont like it when people post questions that have already been answered before.
Try doing a search next time and type in some key words like nitrous or something.
Anyway, in my limited knowledge about NOS, all i can say is that it usually depends on how much power your wanting to add.
A wet kit will also introduce extra fuel to the engine.

If your planning on running boost also, a dry kit would make more sense since your gonna have to bump up your fuel pressure anyway. If not, my vote would go for a wet kit.

a good wet setup handles its fuel vs n2o well, because it is running from one set, stock fuel pressure. so tuning is not as important as a dry setup.
all in all, boost or no boost, wet is better.

I think a direct port dry would be the absolute best.

Wouldn't a DP just make you beg for traction. Thats pretty much the only thing holding me back from a DP setup. Traction and Fuel Pressure.

ohh matt... You know your gonna need to get me a new background. Mine is getting old. I mean yours is getting old.
So how are you doing with fuel pressure and what did you do about the intank regulator?
