92 VG30 Nitrous levels

Just wondering what a safe level of Nitrous would be on a stock 91 maxima SE with 92 motor. Email me EvilTranceBoy@yahoo.com

Probably just like everything else... any motor (4 cyl) w/ good compression should handle 100hp safely if tuned right (Wet system of course)

why do people come on here and give bs...

While your motor can handle a 100 shot, your fuel system cannot. for something safe, i would recomend starting small like 35 shot. i'm going to assume you have an auto tranny, and from what i've heard, they can't handle alot of power. i really wouldn't recomend over a 50 shot until you've upgraded you fuel system with a walbro fuel pump. i do not know as much as many in this forum, but from what i've heard/read this is the case. you can prolly get by with a 100 shot on a stock VQ with 2 step colder plugs gapped at .035, but i don't know about the VG motor.

w/ a wet system... you shouldnt have to worry as much about the fuel system, but a walbro pump would be a good idea (I admit, my mistake). THe problem with starting at 35, then 50, then 100 is jet's aren't cheap IMO.....

As for the tranny problems... that drop resistor mod is hard on the trannies... and they hold

granted, all my info is towards 4th gens.... so
