One or two step colder?

Which step plugs should i get for a 75 shot? I read on Jime's site that he recommends 2 step colder. On the org, ppl have said one step colder? Plus does it effect performance in anyway running N/A with colder plugs(especially 2 step colder) as a daily driver?

I would run 1 step colder. I ran 2 step colder before and I noticed a diff. when I went to one step colder. I am sure I am still missing some power NA.

The guy I talked to at NX recommended running 2 step colder for a 75 shot. However the guy I talked to at NGK, when I was trying to get the correct plug for my car, said to use 1 step colder for a 75 shot. So i don't know. I went with the 1 step colder for my car and everything seems great.

I am thinking I'll go one step colder for now because I won't be doing 75 shot all the time (ie everyday) so I dont want to be suffering just being N/A (with 2step colder plugs)

I think NGK coppers are the way to go. One or 2 step colder, its your preference...

I would use 2 steps if you are planning on running a 100 shot or higher, otherwise 1 step is sufficient.

How much N/A power is taken away when running 1 step colder plugs?

Also, I'm looking to get an S-AFC. Is anyone running this with Nitrous? Would there be any negative effect with the S-AFC when going from N/A to Nitrous?
Thanks.

I don't notice any difference in the 1/4 with 2 steps colder but some say there is.

If you get an SAFC-II it has 2 settings, so I use one for N/A and one for nitrous. The original S-AFC has only one so you would have to change it going from N/A to spray.

Ive been running 75 shot on one step colder without a problem. Soon going to 100 shot on one step colder. I will be watching that egt really closely. However, at this time I am having problems with my egt gauge.

Someone help me out here, can I run a 75 shot on stock plugs on a 4.5 gen? and if not, are the 3.5l plugs and 3.0 plugs the same when the 3.5 is on 3.0 timing?

I would use at least one step colder. 3.5 and 3.0 plugs are totally different, they have a different reach and you must use 3.5 plugs regardless of the 3.0 timing etc.

As far as i know 1 step colder shoud be fine. If i was you i would also get a window switch just in case u miss or trann fales and possible do a dyno run w/ afr just so you know you afr. Thats just my opinion tho.
