With a 200 shot, Jime is probably running Direct Port, not 100% positive, but I would have to assume. When you get into the 150 range, you'd want to run DP. I'm wanting to go for 125 wet. That would be my own happy median.

Jime is not running 200 shot, he has 200 shot jets in, but since he got the Maximizer, he sets it to spray maybe 100-150 shot. Also he does not run DPI, but a two stage system. 100 shot on pump gas is ok, however anything higher and 100+ octane is required.

100 is probably the safest maximum shot. I have ran a 12.2 on that, so its a lot of power. After that traction becomes a big issue.
Currently I have 200 jets in but I can download all my setups in seconds. I have a 35, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200. They are all set for different delays and ramp times in each gear.
The greatest safety you can buy imho is the Maximizer with the FJO wideband. It will shut off the system at any preset A/F. Mine is set a 12.5 so anything leaner than that will shut down immediately. I tested it and it took 0.4 seconds from the time I hit the button until the system shut off. I can tell exactly because the graph and playback show exactly when I hit the spray. I gives me approx 50 readings per second so pretty accurate.
I am not afraid to run a 200 shot single nozzle because of the setup, its mainly because I'm not sure the trans/engine will take it. I do plan on doing it later in the year when the racing is over. Just don't want to mess up my racing season right now just to run a number.
