Can I Use a Nissan Kit on Another Make?

If I buy a kit for my 4th Gen Maxima, is it transferable to other cars? It seems like most of it would be pretty easily transfered.

most EFI kits are basically for every fuel injected car, the jet size recomendation would be the thing that changes
