Can the cvt's handle a shot of nitrous?

Can the cvt's handle a shot of nitrous?

Hey guys, i was just curious can the cvt's in the 7th gens and the 6th gens handle a 75 shot of nitrous? And is anybody running nitrous in their cvt maximas?

The turbo cvt altimas are claiming to handle 300+tq.
I dont think you should have a problem. As stated above Try it & let us know what happens.lol

yea but i also read on another forum that one turbo altima had problems with the cvt tranny

Just like anytime you mod a car, you have the potential for something to go wrong. There is always going to be that one car that blew up for whatever reason. Try it out.

it has not progressed to a true “racing” simulator – although the computer AI is better, it still doesn’t handle itself properly and damage modeling continues to be absent.

Regardless of the random potential for something to go wrong, most platforms get their rough limits hammered out by people testing and trying. Others then use them as guidelines. I would guess he's hopeful that he won't be a pioneer and can see how other people's experiences have gone, and there's nothing wrong with that!
