I might just run a hose and put the filter on the end of it. Like hide it somewhere.

I use OBX's filter. Filter in red with silver top, similar to the picture in Tanman's post.

I noticed I had oil leaking back to my blower so I had to go buy a cheap APC breather filter for $10 at Pep Boys. I tried to make it look clean by using the plastic elbow piece that came with the SC. What do you guys think?

Thanks guys, I faced it upwards so that the oil won't leak out of the filter.

Looks nice. Any performance or sound improvement, or is this just an aesthetic mod?

I did mine for the purpose of not having oil leak down the hose and sucked into my blower since the other end is attached to the filter. I could care less for looks, I just didn't want it to leak oil.

yes thats what will happen the blower will act like a vacum and suck a little oil. I need to redo my hose like this with a smaller filter attached to it. this is a much neater appearance. Good Job

Do you have a close-up of the filter and hose? From what I can see, it looks like the filter is upstream of the crankcase, so oil will flow from the filter straight into the crankcase. Am I seeing this incorrectly?

Holy crap this is an old thread, I got an email notification saying there was a reply to this. Yea, the pic that used to be linked here for my old valve cover filter pic is gone, sorry. Another solution to the valve cover filter would be to use an oil catch can/tank in between the valve cover and intake hose. This is what I do on my 240.
