More boost news with leak fixed

With the leak fixed and the "gain rate" increased on the boost controller, I was able to hit 3.6 psi at 3067 (results taken from Blitz BC and A'PEXi S-AFC... yes, AFC not RSM) in 5th gear.

I can say, with confidence, that 2500 to 4000 is stronger than the SC EVER was in that RPM range. I will show proof of this when the car gets tuned on the dyno, but right now it is running very rich. I may make slight adjustments to the fuel this weekend, but no major tweeks will be done.

The car was not brought up to redline with the new changes so I don't know what peak boost is, but I did notice 4.5 psi on my way to work.

Wasn't tuning the S/C MUCH EASIER than with this turbo
Oh well... the potential is much higher with the turbo (as is the consequences)... tread lightly...

just curious... what type of fuel system are you using? Did you go with the cartech FMU + Walbro or are you still using the vortech FMU + Walbro...

Yes, much easier to tune the SC because it was only the AFC and Vortech FMU.
