New mod/ replacement

Well I've been having hell with my fuel setup.... I now have a new walbro pump, a new aem fpr, and good fuel lines. So, I opened my fmu to take a look at everything... it "looked" ok - no torn diaphragms etc" but after i put it back together, the symptoms were the same, but i saw the fuel fluctations more often.... So i basically said, **** the vortech fmu.

I bought a cartech fmu for 160 shipped and will be putting that in asap.

Anyone know what I should set it @ as far as matching the pressure for 11 psi of boost... i know i should be seeing around 105 psi of fp @ peak boost... but how do i go about testing this?..
I guees I could purposely run it extremely rich etc. and tune down from there?... and then later fine tune it on the dyno...

Also, I measured the fmu disc that I had in there... it's a 6:1 according to vortech techs... funny thing is, as soon as i bounce off the rev limiter, i'd hit WELL over 100 psi of fuel... i didn't think this is possible...

Anyway... this means that I think I have a working sard fpr that was never broken in the first place, but that it was the stupid fmu causing the trouble for fp....

- Thanks for your help in advance.
