There's always been something - I should be at 305 at the wheels right now - I'm at about 280.

Never figured it out, so I gave up pretty much months ago.

It's fast enough.

Comparing myself to non MEVI equipped people, that would be about 270hp.

Basically, the MEVI makes up for what I am losing with whatever phantom problem I have.

My vacuum reads low - that's theo nly symptom. 16-17 instead of 20-25.

Many many many people have looked at it, and I have reistalled all hoses and the MEVI twice.

I was under the impression the vacuum was suppose to be 17-22hg. Mine's 17 as well and imo, making decent power.

SC paired with good mandrel bent 2.5" exhaust and a 3.33"-3.00" (3.6" is stock) pulley should put down 240-280whp, depending on the generation of max (4th or 5th), and if it has cold air intake or not.

Several others with 4th Gen Autos even are puling 260+ without a MEVI:

BenBlanco218
Jane97SE

And with the MEVI they are even better (over 300hp)
Stephen Max
MardisGrasMax (back before he "took the plunge"
etc....
