Opening up intake bore - will Dremel work?
Is a Dremel kit sufficient for opening up the intake to accomodate a Pathfinder throttle body, or do I need something with more oomph? I've got an air powered die grinder, but I would have to buy a larger compressor to power it.

Possible yes. People have done work to the manifolds with a dremel. But you will go through a ton of dremel accessories. Also it will take a real long time. I would suggest finding or buying an airtool grinder. Those work so much faster and easier. Its all about the TQ of the airtools.
