V2 peeps....rpm dropped at dead stop?

I just noticed something like this. it happens one time long ago and now I noticed it happens more often now.

when I slow down in front of a red light, if I brake hard enough, the rpm will drop all the way down to 300 - 400 and the car sounds like it is going to die. then it just came back up to 600 - 700rpm in a second or two.

what can cause this?

anything to do with my recent dyno nightmare?

thx

hmmm...maybe I go to vacuum too quick. but it doesnt happen during hard brake....just harder than what I normally would.

but not all the time though. if it is the BOV, it should stall my car everytime I try to stop it.

Try adjusting your BOV. I had that happen when I used to have the Bosch BOV and thats why I switched to the Blitz.

could be your BOV, clean it out. check your fliter check the fliter inside the MAF and the crankshaft fliter.
or a throttle body cleaning is due.

you know what.....you are right. on Friday, it got worst...it went all the way down to 100rpm and the car almost stalled on me.

I open the hood and I noticed the crank case breathe filter has a big cracked and I replaced it with a new one. havent had the similar problem since.

thx
