Hesitating in 1st and 2nd

Hesitating in 1st and 2nd
Ok, I am new to this section of the forum, i have a V-2 with FMU, SAFC, tuned running 11psi. I have noticed that lately in 1st and 2nd around 4000 rpm the car bucks, loses power for a second, I let off throttle, then jump back on it and it kind of burps through it. Any ideas guys? the only two things i could come up with were fuel filter or vacuum leak, but i checked all lines and they are all connected properly. It only really does this in 1st or 2nd between like 4k and 5500 rpms. Any advise as to why this is happening or what i may try to eliminate this? Its getting extremly annoying, bucks like a drunk cow girl for a minute than boost kicks in and takes off.
P.S. I have been babying this car for the last week or so due to cracked strut mounts on my coilovers, and havent really opened her up lately. Maybe she just needs a good WOT on the highway. New Iluminas and tokiko springs going in tomorrow so i will be able to open her up tomorrow night.
