????big brakes guys??

I need new wheels that can clear the franken car big brake kit?-not diameter I already have 17's and the 300zx caliper had to be ground on to fit. However I wondered if anyone on here knows what will work, as far as offset and backspacing. or type of wheel I'd like to stay with something like I have.

Too hard to say because each wheel is different in design and backspacing. I had to put 1/2" spacer in the front for my new wheels to clear my Wilwood calipers. My other 19" wheels (Momo M1s) had no problem clearing the caliper, it actually cleared it by almost 1-1.5"! My current wheels are also 19" +42mm offset. Even if I got the +38mm offset it still wouldnt have cleared enough. I needed a full 1/2" to get it to work.

rims?

bigdog your web page doesn't show very good pics of your current setup! Also what offset are you currently running? and did the spacers make much difference in handling? do you auctocross?

why???

Because I'm boosted? and.... because alsong with more power comes with the ability to slow down power? the factory brakes suck. and pad upgrades help... so then i tried 300zx brakes and cracked the first set of rotors- cross drilled and slotted so then.... brembo slotted and hey warped in 2 two weeks. so.... now I'm getting wildwood 13 in brakes and need to get rims and I figured some of these guys have ran into same problem as I have, with speed comes the need to slow down---POWER....

Sorry I havent updated the website in years. It doesnt show anything about the turbo or anything nice

Those are pics of the new 19" wheels on there.

Handling no issue. The spacer really doesnt affect that once you get longer lugs on it (60mm Nismo ones, they the only company). I dont autocross.

Those ADRs were never installed on the car. But regardless, a 1/2" spacer wouldve made it clear just fine. Dont worry about issues on the rims not clearing, aint nothing that a 1/2" spacer wont clear.

Call up courtesy nissan and tell them which car you have and he will make sure he gives you the right studs. One is specifically for the Z, the other is for the rest of the Nissans.

If you want, H&R makes 20mm spacers that come with the lugs and it usually runs about $100. OptionsAutoSalon.com usually has them for that price. To me thats a cheaper and better option then doing what I did.
