"Free flowing characteristics of a full 3.0" exhaust system without the inconveniences.
By building an exhaust modification system specifically designed for turbo applications, we have been able to eliminate the droning effect of an aftermarket exhaust system while maintaining the free flowing design high performance turbo cars love. Coming soon accompanied by dyno proven performance data!"
coming soon from our friends at ATP. Not that I care, but i thought it was a very interesting piece. And could help people (maximas) further silence their turbo cars while running free flowing exhaust!
I was actually thinking it would be great for SC's , considering they have no exhaust restrictions .. so they could be quieter for normal driving

No price posted, but again knowing ATP - not cheap... but still reasonable.

I don't think this is that efficient...for any decent affect it would have to be opened at 1psi to do any good and actually having it closed for those first few pound while heavy boosting out of vaccum might cause some serious back flow/turbulence. IMO from my experiences, the purpose of an exhuast cut out on a boosted car is to allow for an open exhaust for quick spooling when coming out of vaccum/off the line...not to have it open at a certain PSI after you've already gotten on the throttle/boosting...not discounting it, but an electronic setup than can be opened before you get into boost still seems to be a better option
