MAF on charge or non charge side?
How many people have their maf on charge(any problem, how long you have it on there)or non charge side?Just wondering what's best, cause seem to me like the pfi kit had put the maf on the non charge side, but I remember reading somewhere before someone have problem with it on non charge side and he move it to the charge side I believe.Any one blow their for putting on the charge side?Thanx!

on the pfi kit - you'll probably have stalling issues since the maf is on the non charged side, but with the emanage that you're getting - there is an anti stall function which clamps onto a user inputted maf voltage - thereby inhibiting the car from running too rich and stalling.

For the 4th gen, I don't think it will fail. But on the 5th gens, apparently the MAF is more fragile. My MAF on my '97 is mounted on the charged side just like it was when I had the SC.
I think both the emanage and AFC have antistall features. But I do remember it was kind of funny riding in a PFI'd car, he'd get on the boots and back off and the car would stall out at 85 mph on the highway.
